Anti Seize

WA Fasteners carry a comprehensive range of EAL Anti-Seize products to suit both Nickel and Copper application. Available in Pump Packs and brush top cans.

Nickel Anti-Seize is recommended where extremely high temperature (up to 1475C), corrosive environment or electrolytic corrosion of stainless steels may be a problem. It will not wash off and is resistant to acids, alkalis, steam and sea-water. Nickel Anti-Seize should be used when copper based products are not suitable such as when temperatures are in excess of 1100C, when there is a possiblity of contact with ammonia, electrolytic corrosion and on stainless steel.

Copper Anti-Seize is suitable to use on threaded or press-fit parts before joining to ensure easy disassembly. Use on manifold studs, exhaust system nut, cylinder head nuts, brake expanders and adjusters, battery terminals, all gaskets and any screw or bolt you may later want to remove.

Use on the backs of disc pads to prevent chatter/squeal. It is resistant to acid, alkali, steam, water and sea water corrosion and remains effective at surface temperatures up to 1100°C.

EAL METAL FREE ANTI-SEIZE is a high purity, metal-free, anti-seize compound and assembly paste. The product is manufactured from micronized ceramic particles compounded in a non-melt synthetic grease base. Product contains solid lubricating additives for use at extremely high temperatures up to 1500°C: the synthetic grease burns off leaving the ceramic particles to act as the anti-seize.

EAL METAL FREE ANTI-SEIZE contains no metal, providing an ‘insulating’ layer between dissimilar metals thereby preventing the potential for electrolytic corrosion.

EAL METAL FREE ANTI-SEIZE uses include on anti-lock braking systems, ASR traction control, machinery, all studs, nuts, bolts and other threaded connections found in marine, automotive, mining and industrial applications including turbine casing studs, burner nozzles, boiler inspection points and furnace bolts.
